Making A Booking

To make a booking, please get in touch letting us know what you want to hire. We’ll then get back to you to discuss your needs further and, once we have all the info we need, we’ll give you a quote with all the details of your hire.


We can deliver your props, set them up and take them awaySubject to availability and additional charge – charges depend on where your event is and how long you want them for. Please provide the postcode of your event and we will quote for delivery.

We cover most areas of London and Surrey.


A non-refundable 20% booking deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours before your event. No props will be released/delivered without full payment and your damage deposit (see below) having been received.

Damage Deposit (refundable)

A refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. Providing all props are returned in the way they were received, clean and without damage, this damage deposit will be refunded in full within 3 working days. If props are stained or damaged, the cost of cleaning/repair/replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit and the remaining amount refunded. Should the cost of cleaning/repair/replacement exceed the damage deposit, you will be invoiced for any remaining costs.


If you wish to cancel your booking, please be aware you will forfeit your 20% booking deposit. If you do need to cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellations incurred within 24 hours of the event will be subject to the full cost.

In the rare event that Properly Co. needs to cancel your hire, we will refund all payments in full, including your booking deposit, and make every effort to help you source props from alternative suppliers.


Properly Co. will not accept responsibility for damage or injury caused to person or prop as a result of this hire arrangement. Once delivered, all props hired are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to/collected by Properly Co. Properly Co.’s insurance does not cover your activities.
